Secret Tasting Menu This Wednesday

Greeting from Paris Restaurant!


We are now open Wednesday nights. This coming Wednesday (June 2nd), we offer a Chef's Tasting Menu with optional wine pairings. The dishes are created the day of the menu, based on the meat and vegetables that the farms offer us that day. Chef Jay and his team transforms these fresh ingredients into unique seasonal dishes in the finest European tradition with Skagit terroir. We also offer limited-edition library wines.


Below are details about our previous tasting menu, last Wednesday:


The cost is $48 per person. You can expect is 7-8 courses of small plates prepared by our chefs in the kitchen. If you have any allergies please let us know when you make a reservation. Some of the confirmed plates so far include:

  • Fresh oysters

  • Foie gras

  • Osprey Hill Farm chicken
